This appeal was taken from a judgment of the lower court dismissing plaintiff's suit for damages arising out of an accident between a motorcycle driven by Roland Joseph and an automobile driven by Mrs. Agnes L. Boudreaux in Thibodaux, Louisiana, on July 14, 1967. Appellant, Sidney Joseph, brought suit individually and on behalf of his minor son Roland Joseph for the personal injuries sustained by his minor son and for the medical expenses and property...
