This controversy is an entirely typical aftermath of the corporate merger or take-over which has become commonplace in our business community. It brings before us for interpretation that portion of an agreement for the sale of the stock of Strand Engineering Company (Strand) in which the seller, Datronics Engineers, Inc. (Datronics), warranted to the purchaser, Burroughs International Company1
