Plaintiffs, Faye Lujan as administratrix of the estate of Fannie A. Young, and three heirs of Fannie Young, sued defendants, Kenneth Young, et al, to "quiet title" to land held by defendants, praying for transfer of title, a constructive trust, and/or damages. The trial court granted defendants MacMurtries' motion for summary judgment, which was reversed by the Arizona Supreme Court. Lujan v. MacMurtrie, 94 Ariz. 273
