This litigation results from a fatal automobile accident which occurred on U. S. Highway 20 approximately ten miles west of Fort Dodge, Iowa. Suit was brought by Leatrice Robeson, Administrator of the Estate of Edward E. Robeson, deceased, who died in the crash, against Clifford Dilts, owner of the semi-trailer truck with which decedent collided, and Kenneth Earl Brockman, driver of the rig.
