The Civil Service Commission of the City of Chicago ordered the plaintiff discharged from his position as a janitor for the Chicago Public Library. He appealed under the Administrative Review Act (Ill Rev Stats 1965, c 110, § 264, et seq.) and the Circuit Court affirmed the commission's order.
