This is an appeal from the Superior Court of Vanderburgh County wherein the plaintiff-appellant filed a complaint against the defendant-appellee seeking damages for personal injuries he allegedly sustained while painting a part of the defendant's plant. The jury returned a general verdict for the defendant and subsequently judgment was rendered thereon.
