In this appeal, the State challenges the propriety of granting the defendant's Motion to Quash an indictment charging two counts of obstructing justice.1 Numerous grounds were presented in support of the Motion to Quash and the trial court, in granting the motion stated its reasons therefor, a practice commended by the Arizona Supreme Court.
