(2) Count II — Aggravated Battery. Ill Rev Stats (1967), c 38, § 12-4(a) (causing great bodily harm).

(3) Count III — Aggravated Battery. Ill Rev Stats (1967), c 38, § 12-4(b) (1) (using a deadly weapon).
