Weed, individually and doing business as Especies Del Mar, Dr. Randolph Gillum and Texas Cattle Corporation, defendants in the trial court. In an amended petition appellants charge Weed with breach of contract and further charge that appellees Weed, Gillum, Texas Cattle Corporation...
