This is a workmen's compensation case in which the City of Austin, appellant, and Valcie C. Williams, appellee, stipulated that the judgment of the trial court against appellant had been satisfied except to the extent of $1,250.00 which sum was the difference between the amount awarded appellee as unpaid workmen's compensation benefits and the lesser amount of such benefits which would have been awarded had the trial court admitted evidence that surgery...
