We are called upon here to review the findings and judgment of the district court which denied appellant's contentions that a deed to Alabama real estate should be set aside as a conveyance in fraud of creditors.

Appellant also seeks reversal from the district court's refusal to award a money judgment against appellees Pat Crim and Alex Goodman for the entire amount of appellant's loss arising from the advancement of money to Ruth...
