This is an appeal on questions of law by defendant, appellant herein, from a jury verdict for $7,000 in favor of the plaintiffs, $5,000 of which was awarded to the plaintiff Penny Williams for her personal injuries, and $2,000 of which was awarded to her husband, the plaintiff Richard Williams, as a result of a collision injuring the plaintiff Penny Williams only, for which the defendant, Ward, was held liable by reason of his negligence.
