Michael A. Kelly, son of Mary Ann Gibbs (Kelly) (Tatum) and petitioner's son, was born out of wedlock December 8, 1959. At the age of six weeks Michael was placed in the care of his grandmother, Lillian R. Craig, who has thereafter cared for the child. Although in February, 1965, plaintiff consulted an attorney with regard to the adoption of Michael, a formal petition for adoption was first filed July...
