Defendant, a foreign corporation operating a Florida hotel, filed preliminary objections attacking the service of a complaint in trespass upon it in Philadelphia. The objections are twofold: (1) Defendant is not doing business in Pennsylvania; and (2) Philadelphia is an inconvenient forum for a trial.
