The defendant, Floyd Ray Kessler, filed an amended post-conviction petition in the circuit court of Bureau County, seeking relief from judgments finding him guilty under two indictments for armed robbery and sentencing him to imprisonment under each indictment for a term of not less than 10 years nor more than life.
