BOSLAUGH, Justice.

This is an action to recover the fair and reasonable value of pasturage which the plaintiff claims was furnished to the defendant and William H. Whittaker, her late husband. A jury was waived and the action tried to the court. The trial court found that the plaintiff should recover judgment in the amount of $2,984.40 together with interest and costs. The defendant's motion for new trial was overruled and she has appealed.
