On October 2, 1965, being aware of his impending death, Joseph Lavacs summoned Mrs. Kempf to his hospital bedside where he dictated notes to her with the intention of making a will, intending also to revoke a previous will made in 1952. Mrs. Juanna Waskowicz was in the hospital room when the decedent signed the will, but she then went down the hall to a small vestibule where she later signed a blank...
