Vidos d/b/a Atchafalaya Shipbuilding Company (appellant) and third party defendants, Travelers Indemnity Company and Easten Smith d/b/a Paul's Insurance Agency (appellees) following a judgment of the district court which sustained appellees'"Peremptory Exception of Prescription and/or Motion for Summary Judgment.
