PER CURIAM.

A jury found defendant guilty of uttering and publishing a forged instrument contrary to MCLA § 750.249 (Stat Ann 1962 Rev § 28.446). He was sentenced and he appeals. His appeal is based on allegations of procedural error at trial, one of which we find to be dispositive of the appeal.
