Appeal from an order of the district court denying plaintiffs' motion for amended findings or a new trial.

Plaintiffs brought this action in equity seeking an injunction against trespass upon and over Government Lot 2 of Section 22, Township 132, Range 41, Otter Tail County, Minnesota. It is not disputed that defendants entered upon and crossed over a portion of this lot and that the lot is owned by plaintiffs...
