This is an appeal from an order of the district court granting defendants' motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. The litigation grows out of the cancellation of a contract for the purchase of motel property in which plaintiffs, Paul M. Cady and his wife, Olive Cady, were the buyers. Defendants are George H.
