In these consolidated cases, the plaintiffs, Christine Ewing and Robert L. Ewing, have appealed in error from jury verdicts and judgments dismissing their suits against defendant, Thomas W. Birthright, for personal injuries, medical expenses and property damages arising out of a motor vehicle collision.
