App. 462 in that he did, on or about the 12th day of January, 1968, unlawfully, wilfully and knowingly fail and neglect to perform a duty required of him under the Universal Military Training and Service Act by failing and neglecting to comply with an order of his Local Board at Cullman, Alabama...
