This action emanates from an automobile accident involving vehicles being driven by a left-turning motorist and a passing truck and trailer. The mishap occurred April 24, 1965, on Louisiana State Highway 10 (a two-lane paved highway), east of Franklinton, Louisiana, when a 1965 Ford Falcon, being driven easterly by defendant Arthur B.
