James Walter Dick instituted this tort action against Lynch Phillips and his liability insurer, Southeastern Fire Insurance Company, to recover damages for personal injuries, medical expenses and the cost of automobile repairs, arising out of a sideswipe collision between Dick's automobile with Phillips' automobile.
