Plaintiff was arrested in Ann Arbor for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor (MCLA § 257.625b [Stat Ann 1968 Rev § 9.2325 (2)]). After being taken to the Ann Arbor police station he was advised of his rights, including his right to a chemical test to determine intoxication as provided by MCLA 1969 Cum Supp § 257.625a, et seq. ...
