Appellants purchased a residence in September, 1967, in Wichita Falls, Texas, which was encumbered by a loan held by Federal National Mortgage Association, hereinafter referred to as "Fannie Mae." This particular loan was serviced by J. B. McPherson Mortgage Co., Inc.
