Allison, Jr., a 20-year-old, unmarried, student at the University of Kentucky, attended the summer training camp of the Army's Advanced Course, Reserve Officers Training Corps, of which he was a member, at Indian-town Gap Military Reservation, Pennsylvania, for a 6-week period beginning June 18, 1966.
