Eunice Moats directs that writ of error to a decree granting a divorce to her husband, Harold Moats. For convenience, the parties will be referred to by their first names. Eunice commenced an action against Harold for separate maintenance in January of 1964. Over a year later, on April 21, 1965, Harold brought an action for divorce against Eunice.
