This is an appeal by plaintiff, Elaine Creighton, from a summary judgment dismissing her suit against the defendant, Dr. Samuel Karlin.

The petition alleges a breach of contract resulting from an incomplete and unsatisfactory performance of a surgical operation for which the professional services of Dr. Karlin were engaged.
