Three taxpayers (appellants), one of whom is an alumnus of Morgan State College, appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Evans, J., sustaining, without leave to amend, appellees' demurrer to their petition "for an order declaring Section 1 of Chapter 41 of the Laws of Maryland of 1963 to be null and void" and for broad injunctive relief.
