Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

DRENNEN, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's income tax for the year 1965 in the amount of $69.53. Petitioner has conceded several of the adjustments which gave rise to the deficiency. The only issue remaining for decision is whether petitioner is entitled to deduct the cost of a uniform he was required to wear while on his job and the cost of repair and upkeep of his uniforms during the year...
