This is the first of three1 cases presently before this Court involving the seizure of allegedly obscene movie films. The Court has not reviewed the film here involved nor any prints thereof and therefore does not and for the reasons hereinafter made obvious need not for the purposes of this case decide whether or not said film is in fact and in law obscene....
