The two corporate appellants were defendants below in an action brought by the appellee for breach of contract. The underlying theory of the plaintiff's cause of action was that the two defendants committed certain voluntary, affirmative acts which cause the destruction of the source of potential payment to the plaintiff, and therefore became obligated to pay those monies which were conditionally due in the future.
