Augustus E. Jessup died August 16, 1925, leaving a will which was duly probated.

Under and by virtue of the terms of a certain indenture of marriage settlement dated June 10, 1890, certain assets were conveyed to the trustees named in the deed and there was reserved to the settlor, Augustus E.
