On December 3, 1968, appellant Gary Lee Duggins was found guilty by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County of possessing counterfeiting paraphernalia in violation of Maryland Code, Article 66 1/2, Section 77(a) (2) and was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of five years.
