This is an appeal by plaintiff from an adverse judgment in a malpractice action. The malpractice was alleged to cover all of the treatment, surgical and post-operative, but the court submitted to the jury only the single issue of the alleged failure of defendant Dr. Westin to perform post-operative care of plaintiff-patient according to the standard of care prevailing in the community.
