In a jury trial in Washington County, Bossler, a motorcyclist, recovered a judgment against the driver of a car, one Malatt, who had turned left immediately in front of him on U.S. Route 40A, and against the driver of a pickup truck, one Folk, waiting to make a left turn from a side road, Garis Shop Road, onto U.S. Route 40A.
