OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE ROBERTS, November 11, 1969:

In this automobile accident case there was introduced at trial evidence that immediately prior to the accident the defendant-appellant had been in the "Club 30", an "after-hours" bar in Pittsburgh. There was no suggestion that appellant was intoxicated or even that he had been drinking, and the fact that appellant had been in the "Club 30" was utterly irrelevant to the case...
