MOWBRAY, Justice.

Appellant Everett S.M. Brunzell signed on January 14, 1964, a "Continuing Guaranty" with Respondent Golden Gate National Bank ("Bank"), agreeing to pay any and all indebtedness, not to exceed $50,000, of First Capital Corporation ("Capital"). The agreement provided that the "guaranty shall not apply to any indebtedness created after actual receipt by Bank of written notice of its revocation...
