Lowell E. Carlson suffered an injury in the course of and arising out of his employment, which led to his death on January 10, 1961. His only dependent was his widow. On September 29, 1965, the single member of the Industrial Accident Board found that there was no causal relationship between his work and his death, and dismissed the widow's claim.
