KELLEHER, Justice.

This is a criminal complaint which charges the defendant with being a lewd, wanton and lascivious person in violation of G.L. 1956, § 11-45-1, as amended. The defendant was found guilty in the fourth district court and was sentenced to serve 18 months at the adult correctional institutions.
