The facts appear from the following adjudication of SAYLOR, J., July 29, 1969.

This trust arises under deed of trust of Sidney F. Tyler dated May 30, 1917, and its several amendments, whereby the settlor transferred the property therein described, in trust, to pay the net income therefrom to himself, for life.

Upon the death of the settlor, which occurred on June 3, 1935, and after the deaths of two annuitants,
