A deceptive calm, we surmise, pervaded the Spokane medical fraternity when plaintiff doctors and a corporate optician initiated this suit to enjoin their fellow practitioners in the medical arts from practicing ophthalmology and at the same time conducting a corporate optical dispensing business. The quiet air of scholarship now so evident in these proceedings, notwithstanding a foray into medical ethics at the outset followed by side trips into the area...
