Rose Blaze, Los Angeles Superior Court No. WE D-8186), initiated by the plaintiff ("Herbert"), the trial court on November 1, 1968, made a minute order, which sentenced the defendant-contemnor ("Rose") as follows: "On each count of contempt, a total of fifteen, the defendant [Rose] is sentenced to five days County Jail, sentence on each count to run consecutively...
