This appeal relates to an eminent domain action brought by the Arkansas State Highway Commission against Roy Carruthers and wife for the acquisition of lands needed for the construction of Interstate Highway 40, and its facilities in Conway County. On trial, the jury returned a verdict in the amount of $45,000.00 in favor of appellees, and from the judgment so entered, appellant brings this appeal. For reversal, two points are urged.
