The Hardys brought suit against Kenneth C. Baker, M.D., a specialist in dermatology, and his employer, Southern Pacific Employees Hospital Association, for damages allegedly resulting from medical malpractice. A jury verdict in the sum of $45,000 was returned in favor of the plaintiffs and judgment was entered thereon.
