This was an action brought by the Attorney General and the State Board of Optometric Examiners (herein called the plaintiffs) to enjoin the alleged unlawful practice of optometry by a corporation in contravention of our optometry statute (C.R.S.1963, 102-1-1 et seq.) and to enjoin alleged acts by licensed optometrist in violation of that statute. The corporation is Lee Optical Company of Denver, doing business under the trade name of Douglas...
