OPINION OF THE COURT

PER CURIAM.

On April 26, 1968, a complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey charging the defendant-appellee Thomforde with the negligent operation of a motor vehicle resulting in damages to the plaintiffs-appellants as a consequence of an accident which occurred on March 9, 1966.1 The jurisdiction of the court was based on diversity of citizenship.
