Plaintiff St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company (hereinafter called the Frisco) acquired by condemnation a 7.1 acre strip across the southwest corner of a 320 acre farm in Crawford County owned by defendants Clifford W. and Betty Lou Swyers.
